Pet Policy

1720 Fairmount is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household. Cat pet rent is $35 per month per cat and dog pet rent is $50 per month per dog. There is also a non-refundable $500 one-time fee required for each household with pets. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets. There is no weight limit, but breed restrictions do apply. Please reach out to our leasing team if you have additional questions about your pets.
